Single Deck Two-Tray Electric Deck Oven featuring a Black Titanium Facia and Advanced Digital Controls.

The Black Italia Series from Butler is an upgraded range of electric and gas-based deck ovens that can be proudly showcased in front-of-house applications. They feature an elegant black titanium-finish front fascia with aesthetically appealing black lacquered glass panels covering the doors. The rest of the exterior cabinet
is finished in brushed stainless steel.

Specially designed for baking bread, cakes, pastries, and more, these ovens use infrared radiant heating tubes to bake food rapidly and uniformly. The temperature can be set up to 400°C and is controlled automatically.

Ideal for hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and bread shops, each deck is equipped with two EN trays.
