Roles and Responsibilities
- Hold live demos for key customers and during food shows on different equipment marketed by the company
- Helping clients with recipe setting on different type of machines and standardizing the SOP
- Conduct culinary training for internal team of junior chefs, sales staff and dealers on culinary side of the equipment
- Maintenance and upkeep of the Company’s Experience and Culinary Centers
- Using culinary knowledge to promote sales of the company’s equipment
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an application chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different cuisines
- Flair for working on automated equipment, such as combi ovens, conveyorized pizza ovens, speed ovens etc.
- Familiarity of working with wider range of equipment such as Steamers, Induction systems, Coffee machines, Blenders, Bakery equipment
- Flair for gaining product knowledge on vast array of company’s products
- Ability to work with chefs of the clients’ organizations
- Ability to impart Culinary training to an internal team of junior chefs, sales staff and channel partners
- Quest for acquiring technical knowledge about the equipment
- Comfort with use of technology in culinary applications
- Willingness to travel
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering live demos on equipment
- Fast learner and comfortable talking to customers
- Good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Catering
